Strategic interviews & identification of optimization levers (1 full day or two half-days)

Whether during strategic meetings, one-on-one conversations with team members, or in the handling of sensitive situations, our approach also highlights effective practices.

  1. Executive or Successor Coaching (10 one-hour sessions – personalized and strategic coaching)
