This package is designed for executives who have little time to go to the coach’s office, outside their company, because of travel difficulties, the rhythm of their meetings, a busy schedule. The coaching will be done in the office, first by observing his/her management and communication style, then by a face-to-face session for a limited intervention in time, which will take about 30 minutes.
* The fees are calculated based on the number of objectives and indicators of success (KPIs), the complexity of the objectives, the context of the coaching work as well as the hierarchical level, the commitment of the coachée, evaluated by the coach and the conscience and determination of the person coached vis-à-vis to his/her objectives. Travel and other expenses are not included in this package.
This package is designed for Boards of Directors as a support in the process of change within their company.
* The fees are calculated based on: the number of objectives and success indicators of the Board of Directors, the complexity of the objectives and the context of the coaching work, the commitment of the people receiving the coaching, assessed by the coach, the awareness and determination of the people receiving the coaching with regard to its objectives. Travel and other expenses are not included in this package.
