The beginning of my coaching partners SA!

My name is Alessandro de Vita Zublena and I was born in Aosta, Italy, in 1967, from caring and loving parents. They have created a leading local food and beverage company, whose products have earned them several awards for excellence. I grew up in an environment filled with love, curiosity and a constant search for excellence.

During my childhood and adolescence, my parents always offered me choices and encouraged me to identify, follow and enjoy my own path.

The Salesian priests’ school of Don Bosco, where I was able to follow my secondary and gymnasium studies, gave me the opportunity to develop a sense of responsibility for my actions, the acceptance of the rules, the discipline, the organization as well as respect for each other. Continuous learning and training through verbal exchanges with the Salesians have forged a critical spirit and developed an ease in communicating, exchanging, understanding and reflecting with the other.

Between 10 and 25 years old, I discovered and appreciated the art of karate (Shotokan style), which allowed me to create a deep relationship with my body, taught me to influence the space of others while respecting, and developed in me self-discipline through constant training in various techniques and Zazen meditation.

I was fascinated by my parents’ ability to create a deep relationship with their customers, suppliers and employees based on respect, commitment and a good sense of humor.

The natural evolution of my professional career would have been to study economics at the University and continue on the path created by my parents, succeeding them.

Was it my inner choice? Was it really a choice?

Understanding the ingredients behind my parents’ success was more important to me than continuing to evolve their business.

In 1987, I decided to start studying psychology at the University of Lausanne, to better understand the mental process behind behavior, and how to reproduce these models that lead to success and mental well-being.

In 1991, I began an internship as an assistant psychologist at the Aosta Psychiatric Hospital, Italy, and was exposed to the world of mental illness where the main focus was on “patient problems”. Understanding the problem, conducting archaeological research of events in a psychoanalytic approach and giving them “medicines” were the essential elements of the process of change. Despite good intentions, there was no profound change in the long term.

In total disagreement with this method, after the Bachelor and Master in Psychology of Counseling in Lausanne, in 1993, I felt the need to look for new approaches focused on what people were doing, and how, so as to stay in good mental health and produce extraordinary results.

In 1994, after various personal experiences and research, I discovered that the only approach that met my demand was Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

John Grinder, co-creator of NLP with Richard Bandler and Frank Pucelik, describes NLP as “the modeling of genius excellence”.

The models that Grinder, Bandler and Pucelik encoded were originally intended to apply to the therapy the modeling of geniuses such as Fritz Perls (the founder of Gestalt Psychotherapy), Virgina Satir (a great family therapist) and Milton Erikson (genius of hypnosis and trance).

I was delighted to discover that Grinder, Bandler and Pucelik were able to extract, code and reproduce human excellence through their “modeling” method.

It gave me what I was looking for: protocols that worked, with which I could guide my clients step by step in order to be or stay in good mental health and achieve extraordinary results.

In 1995, I decided to train in NLP in Paris with Alain Carol, one of the first NLP trainers trained directly by Grinder and Bandler. He certified me as a Master Practitioner in NLP.

On April 25, 1996, I opened my practice in Renens-Village, canton Vaud, Switzerland, where I applied NLP tools in individual sessions with children, adults and managers.

From the beginning, my mission was to take the client from a current state of no choice to a desired state where options were available, producing an «ecological» change that allowed him to achieve extraordinary results in his/her personal and professional life.

At the time, we spoke mainly of «personal development» and little of personal coaching.

In 2000 I transferred the firm to La Mercerie, in Lausanne, and after seven years of practice with the classic NLP Code, I had the chance to personally meet John Grinder in Geneva, where he gave a seminar in 2003 on the New Code of NLP, with Carmen Bostic St. Clair.

Excited by the alignment and congruency that John Grinder and Carmen Bostic St. Clair have shown in the application of the New Code NLP, with simplicity and efficiency, I decided to train myself in this approach and became a trainer, approved in New Code NLP.

Seeing the phenomenon of coaching intensify, on March 18, 2004, I created “Adzconseil Coaching for leaders” in the business district of Flon in Lausanne, adding to the existing services the coaching of senior management, teams and athletes.

In the field of NLP, I decided in 2005 to pass all the various certifications with John Grinder and Carmen Bostic St. Clair at the NLP Academy in the UK (directed by Michael Carroll). This allowed me to assist them for four years and to become a co-trainer with them in a “NLP and Family” seminar in Trieste, Italy.

On June 28, 2012, after 16 years of individual work and success in my own practice, I decided to create “my coaching partners SA” in Lausanne, with the intention of forming a team of passionate people around the world. talented people who share the same mission, the same values and use the same approach to the New Code NLP.

As Michael Carroll, director of the NLP Academy in England, put it, “Anyone who makes his life with the tools of NLP should be deeply grateful to a man, John Grinder. He gave us so much and asked us very little in return. All he expects of the practitioners is that they are personally impeccable… is it too much to ask? “

Every day, in my personal and professional life, I intend to honor this statement with joy and a sense of humor.

Today, thanks to the friendly relationship I have with John Grinder and Carmen Bostic St. Clair, we can offer our customers the latest discoveries in this field.

We are determined to continually pursue our research and develop the precious gift that John and Carmen have given us.

Sincerely,

Alessandro
