I am a coach and psychologist specialized in change management and executive coaching, active since 1994 in Switzerland, Europe, the United States, and Latin America. As the founder, Senior Partner, and director of My Coaching Partners SA in Lausanne, with over 45,000 hours of expertise, I offer a personalized, multicultural approach, working in English, French, Italian, and Spanish. Known for handling crisis and emergency situations, I have also trained extensively with John Grinder and Carmen Bostic St. Clair since 2002, achieving the titles of “trainer” and “International Coach.” After mentoring students for 18 years, I now collaborate with John and Carmen on innovative, cutting-edge change management protocols using NLP and the New Code of NLP.
