The art of choice! For coaches who practice the New Code NLP, all learning in the context of coaching is experiential. What is important is to notice what works and to give freedom and choice to their clients in unsatisfactory contexts. We have models and not theories. These models were created by modeling geniuses. So we applied «models» that work for our clients.
The purpose of coaching is to clarify, define, refine, question and facilitate the expression of the objectives and intentions of the client.
For us, coaching includes establishing a relationship of trust, clarifying the framework and signing the contract, obtaining relevant information, developing an action plan, obtaining client’s commitment and follow-up. Without all this, it would be very difficult to determine if the coaching was effective.
It’s day and night! This huge gap manifests itself in various aspects. For example, we use « unconscious processes», « High Performance Games» and « state builders» with our clients. If we work with unconscious processes, it is because no change will occur without the alignment of the conscious and unconscious parts of the client. We have the necessary methodology to establish a very specific communication with the client’s unconscious, by involuntary signals. We are responsible for the process we provide to our clients and the results of such a process.
Thanks to the High Performance Games and State Builders, the client can influence her/his «state» in a particular context where he has not had any choice available, or only choices that are not satisfactory for her/him. The work we do is neurologically correlated, which is why our clients can achieve fast and lasting results.
The New Code NLP is the most innovative, efficient, effective and versatile method currently available on the market.
Notice differences in your daily routine, which make you happy and surprise you! Achieve what is really important to you in a natural, ecological way, aligned with yourself.
A NLP certified practitioner or NLP master practitioner is unlikely to know the latest developments in NLP, specifically the New Code NLP. We learned from the sources and we had the pleasure and honor of being trained directly by John Grinder, co-founder of NLP, and Carmen Bostic St. Clair, co-founder with him of the New Code NLP, as well as Michael Carroll, Director of the « NLP Academy » in the UK. We are certified at the highest level after several years of training and mentoring with them. Thanks to the partnership through ITANLP we have with them, we continue to benefit from the latest discoveries.
If you are learning a new language for example, it is very different if you learn it from a teacher who speaks it as a mother tongue, or from a teacher who has studied this language at the University. The difference is huge not only in the learning process, but also in understanding the intention behind the learning processes.
The New Code is a simple and effective way to help a client create a « generative change » in a particular category of circumstances. When a person has only one way to respond in a given context, with the coach’s help, they can examine opportunities and learn new skills or behaviors. The weakness of the classic approach appears when the unexpected or the unpredictable occurs. The client can not find another way to respond because he has only repeated modified behaviors. The spontaneous creation of an appropriate response to the unexpected is the proof of a « generative change ». The client’s system has learned to learn. This is achieved by working with the client’s state rather than with his or her behavior or beliefs and values. It is a key differentiator for coaching with the New Code NLP.
Not at all. The New Code NLP is the most innovative, efficient, effective and versatile method currently available on the market.

We chose not to be affiliated with the ICF, but to the International Trainers Academy of NLP (ITANLP), which brings together NLP New Code coaches and trainers, certified directly by John Grinder, Carmen Bostic St. Clear and Michael Carroll.
When you select a goal you would like to work on coaching, it is important that you can measure your progress at any time. Indicators of success (KPIs) give you the opportunity to do it on the way. You will be able to identify specific and measurable indicators (often physiological) with the help of your coach.
If for example the objective selected is that «during my next presentations to an audience, I want to speak with calm, ease and determination», the indicators could be: «I will manage to give all the information I want to give, I will not lose the son of my speech, I will look at the public, I will not sweat, my heart will not beat at 300 km per hour, I will not have the ball in my stomach during my presentation».
What we do is not therapy or psychotherapy. The person must not enter a process where they must feel «ready». What the person must be attentive to is the «patterns» or patterns of behavior that s/he repeats, that do not give her or him satisfaction, and that despite all her or his good will, s/he cannot change. What we do, then, is that after identifying these «patterns», we cut them off and give them back their freedom.
Well done if all you have done so far has been successful. Our approach does not question what you did. We are interested in what you are doing now. The context in which you operate may have changed, and you might not be as successful as before. You can therefore choose to acquire new behaviors that will allow you to continue to succeed, with the same ease that you had in the past.
We do not work on specific content, exposed in detail. We work on the behaviors we recognize in the specific context. The effectiveness of our techniques is based on the fact that we use protocols (in the form of processes) applicable in all contexts. Their effectiveness does not depend on the situation you are facing. And we do not give a recipe related to your specific situation.
From senior management to managers.
We use models and for each intervention we know the description of the model, the consequences of using the model and the selection criteria.
In 1996, following the request of the Managing Director of a Swiss Bank, Alessandro de Vita Zublena defined the framework and the intention of the process in order to allow the company to follow the evolutions of the individual coaching in progress intended for executives and managers, and to evaluate the return on investment. The aim is to observe, in three stages (briefing – written assessments – debriefing), the evolution of the people coached in terms of behavior and performance, and to estimate the value and usefulness of coaching for the company, as observed by the supervisor, the HR manager, the coachee and the coach.
The process consists of five steps:
Goals are set at each stage of the process, as are actions to be taken in a defined time. The framework of the coaching process is part of the overall process of my coaching partners.
We have the flexibility to accompany the person in his immediate need, without forgetting the original objectives.
Once the goals and success indicators (KPIs) are completely achieved.
We make a selection of the priority objectives that we can ensure will be achieved, with an adapted agenda.
Yes, that is something we can do.
We are able to offer coaching services in several languages and in several countries. If necessary, we have different colleagues with whom we work who can help us.
Absolutely. Our methodology, the New Code NLP, allows us to work on personal processes, not the content or subject of the conflict.
It may be an option to determine which areas of development to develop in the person.
It’s time to see a coach when you have no choice in a given context.
Our lives are made of patterns, or «patterns» of behavior. A pattern consists of any sequence of repetitive behavior in which, when the first part of this sequence is observed, the second part can be predicted.
It is the transformation of what happens between the sensory receptor and the cortex to create visual, auditory, kinesthetic, olfactory and taste representations.
It is the linguistic representation, or second experience, that will determine our actions, words, attitudes and perspectives.
The first access is the point at which we have the first access to what is already coming from the outside world. It is the first representation of the world, sensory and without language.
It is a game that follows a specific pattern to change the state of the person and allow her or him to achieve a state of High Performance.
Once the goals are identified and validated, and the contract is signed, the client will receive an invoice that is to be paid upon receipt.
